About Hasher
hasher is a zero-trust,identity-less communication platform.
We cannot read your messages, identify you, or recover your data -- by design, not by policy.
Your privacy does not depend on trusting us.
Why Hasher Exists
Most communication platforms still require trust -- in servers, companies, policies, or promises.
Hasher was built to remove that trust entirely.
If everything is compromised, your messages are still safe.
The Decryptor: The Heart of Hasher
Your identity is not a username. It is a mathematical proof of ownership, derived locally from a master secret only you possess.
We call this The Decryptor.
It is the only key to your data - generated on your device. Optional recovery stores only hashes to enable rebinding.
"If you lose it without recovery enabled, your identity is gone forever. This is the trade-off for privacy you control."
Hasher does not collect:
Even if our servers are compromised, there is nothing meaningful to steal.
